Refund and Returns Policy

Body and hair care products, food supplements are classified as health and personal care products and are included in the register of non-returnable goods.

The return policy lasts 24 hours.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with receipt/order number/invoice. If 24 hours have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

we only replace products purchased from Biomarine if:
* The product has been damaged during transportation and the appearance is broken.
*instructed the wrong product

In such a case, you can email us at: info@biomarine-gcc.com and attach a photo of the damaged item or the wrong item.

Your return or exchange request will be denied if:

*Item with obvious signs of use
*Packaging, Seal, label, Damaged protective cover, missing capsules, items or weight difference that has been found or damaged or opened.
*Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts or manuals for reasons not due to our error.
*Any item that is returned more than 24 hours after delivery.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you when your refund is approved or denied.

we will be happy to exchange or refund you within 30 days if all return conditions are met.

Full refunds may not be granted if these items are not also returned. on the rare occasion that we may ship you an item other than what you ordered, do not open the product or it will void your right to exchange or return it. Please contact us so we can exchange or return it for the correct item.

if you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
