The balm for cracks and cons contains a concentration of active ingredients that is usually used in professional pedicure products. Unlike acid-based products, the balm does not cause visible peeling and does not spoil the aesthetic appearance of the legs.

Algaenia peptides are derived from the single-celled alga Chlamydomonas, which is able to survive in permafrost conditions. The rare sugars and amino acids that make up the algae help it accumulate and maintain a supply of moisture. As part of the foot balm, peptides prevent overdrying of the skin and, as a result, its coarsening and the appearance of cracks.

Urea is part of the Natural Moisturizing Factor (NMF) – a multi-component complex of substances that retains moisture in the skin. Due to its high penetrating power and small molecular size, urea evenly distributes moisture throughout all layers of the skin. Urea also has a regenerating effect, stimulating the formation of new cells, however, unlike acids, it does not cause visible peeling.
